I am a nutritionist who specializes in veganism and macrobiotics. On any given day, you can find me providing private consultations in Barcelona, teaching cooking classes and healthy habits, or preparing a meal with a good friends.
During my many years studying and working as a nurse, I was able to observe how diet directly affects people's health, causing and worsening the majority of today's most common illnesses.
It was for this reason that I decided to return to the university to study nutrition.
However I was able to acquire all of my knowledge thanks to all of my cooking and nutrition professors that I have met over all of these years, both inside and outside the university.
I was trained by Montse bradford for several years in energy balancing nutrition and cooking.
Macrobiotic consultant for kushi Institute in the U.S., where I met and worked with chefs and nutritionists from all over the world.
I have worked for several years with Dr. Forés and Dr. Pérez, two doctors specializing in homeopathic medicine.
I believe that with healthy habits coupled with a personalized diet, we can greatly improve people's health and well-being.
